Terms & Conditions

By using any Bareeq Arabia service (Platforms, Solutions, Training, Publishing), you expressly agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the service. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and Bareeq Arabia, registered in Saudi Arabia.

• Use of the service is limited to lawful purposes compliant with Saudi regulations. • Reselling, reproducing, or reverse-engineering the platform is prohibited. • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you upload (courses, materials, learner data). • The service may not be used for activities that infringe IP rights or contain inappropriate or offensive material. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

• Prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) or Egyptian Pound (EGP) based on your country. All prices include VAT (15% in Saudi Arabia) unless stated otherwise. • Subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. • After the trial, subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually on the selected plan. • Payments are processed via licensed gateways (Moyasar, PayTabs) — we never store card details. • On payment failure, we auto-retry 3 times within 7 days before suspension.

• Full refund guarantee within 30 days of the first payment — no reason required. • Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refund for unused months if requested within 60 days of the charge. • After the refund window, fees are non-refundable, but auto-renewal can be canceled anytime from the dashboard. • Custom Enterprise builds and consulting services are non-refundable once work has begun.

• You may cancel anytime from the dashboard — no cancellation fees. • After cancellation, your platform stays active until the end of the paid period. • Your data is retained 90 days post-cancellation for recovery, then permanently deleted. • You can export all your data (students, courses, reports) as CSV before cancellation.

• We commit to a 99.9% uptime SLA. • If service is interrupted beyond the agreed SLA, customers are compensated via service credit per the SLA terms. • We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data resulting from misuse. • Our total cumulative liability does not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Any dispute arising from this agreement is first addressed amicably. Failing that, claims are filed with the competent courts in Riyadh.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance.
